Chris George, Unicorn Head Chef for 7 years, has been instrumental in creating the food-led reputation of The Unicorn and achieving the 2 AA Rosette standard which he and his team have maintained for 6 years.

Enjoys playing rugby, cycling (with jonny!) and playing a wee bit of guitar to relax in the evenings. Joe’s currently studying for his A levels and hoping to go to Oxford to read Spanish and Czech.

Gail has been living in and around Aylesbury her whole life. When she’s not at work she loves nothing more than traveling up to Norfolk to visit her friends and enjoy the fresh sea air.
