Tim Harwood Role: General Manager
Having successfully established and headed up a group of restaurants in London over the past 7 years, Tim has the experience to make sure our customers have a great time at The Unicorn. Tim has a passion for great food and excellent customer service and works closely with Sharon behind the bar and Chris in the kitchen.
Favourite Drink: Peroni Food: Mussels & Chips Band: Depeche Mode
Paul Darvell Role: Bar Manager
Paul has been trained in local village pubs and recently moved back into the area from The Oxford in Kentish Town. He brings his passion for good food and real ale to the Unicorn.
Favourite Drink: Real Ale Food: Italian Band: Kings of Leon
Sharon Sletcher Role: Barmaid
Joined the staff in 2004 and and focusses on running an excellent bar at The Unicorn. Sharon is vertically challenged (not a bad thing in a pub with low ceilings) and is a bundle of energy and quiet efficiency. Her organisational skills and welcoming manner set the standards for her team.

Christopher George (CJ) Role: Chef
CJ graduated in 2008 in Fine Art and has worked in several restaurants over the last 5 years both in the UK and Southern France. He has developed a passion for creating innovative, attractive food with great flavours and always likes to receive feedback about our menus
Favourite Drink: Carlsberg, Food: Anything, Band: Red Hot Chilli Peppers
Aaron Daniels Role: Sous Chef
Having trained locally, Aaron has been gaining experience in London for the past 2 years at establishments such as Le Roussillon and Le Gavroche. Aaron has moved back to the country to start a family. Aaron loves food, football and spending time with his family.
Favourite Drink: Mojito, Food: English strawberries, Band: Anything that makes me feel good
Andy Day Role: Pastry Chef
Having trained in Milton Keynes, Andy previously worked at the Wavendon Arms and brings his talents in pastry and creative enthusiasm for quality fresh ingredients to the Unicorn.
Gaye Maye Role: Kitchen assistant
Gaye is an ex publican , and has ten years experience running her own pubs. Having lived in Cornwall for the past fifteen years, Gaye has just moved back to the area, has a great passion for food and loves meeting new people.
Favourite Drink: Good wines, Food: Traditional english roast, Band: Led Zepplin
