THE UNICORN at Cublington

Sharon Sletcher                     Role: Bar Manager

Joined the staff in 2004 and and focusses on running an excellent bar at The Unicorn. Sharon is vertically challenged (not a bad thing in a pub with low ceilings) and is a bundle of energy and quiet efficiency. Her organisational skills and welcoming manner set the standards for her team.

Christopher George (CJ)                Role: Chef

CJ graduated in 2008 in Fine Art and has worked in several restaurants over the last 5 years both in the UK and Southern France. He has developed a passion for creating innovative, attractive food with great flavours and always likes to receive feedback about our menus

 

Favourite Drink: Carling Extra Cold, Food: Anything, Band: Red Hot Chilli Peppers

 

Ian Buckle                        Role: Chef

Trained locally, Ian brings youthful enthusiasm to the Unicorn Kitchen team having worked at the Angel in Long Crendon. Ian is looking forward to working in the New Look Unicorn and introducing some of his style to the Menu.

 

Favourite Drink: Coke, Food: Fish, Band: Anyone

 

 

Charlotte Nicholl                        Role: Front House

Charlie has always been happiest in customer service based jobs - as long as there are people to help and talk to she's happy.
Come September she will be hanging up my black apron for a set of scrubs as she goes to Kings College London to train to be a midwife so hopefully delivering more than hot meals in the future.

 

Favourite Drink: Red Wine, though a Crabbies does no harm , Food: Tom Yum Soup, Band: Too Many DJs
